In the first phase, we will discuss things with you. What is the idea, challenge or problem? How can we translate this into a product design? What materials should be used? And how about sizing and desired tolerances?

During this stage, we transform the idea we have elaborated together into a three-dimensional product design.

Once the three-dimensional product design meets all requirements, we always make a tangible plastic prototype, and we do this as soon as possible. It  can be delivered within a few days. This plastic prototype is indispensable in the development process because it allows us to test all relevant functions right down to the finest detail.

Once we have determined that the plastic prototype meets all requirements, we will start designing the mould using CAM software. Here we determine factors such as the multiplicity and complexity of the mould, the injection method and whether the mould will be high-tech or simple.

Our extensive machinery and equipment allows us to produce O-series highly-professionally and quickly. The injection moulding process is fully optimized using digital optimization software.

We always deliver the desired quality consistently throughout a production series. At our injection moulding works in Zevenbergen, 32 injection moulding machines produce numerous plastic products 24/7 all year round. Our high degree of automation allows us to produce most products unmanned.

After manufacture, the products are delivered right away or stored in our external, 10,000-m2 warehouse, so that your delivery can take place at the agreed time.
